Recording Archiving and Compression

We have developed software to archive recordings made via call centres. We can also compress wav files on the fly from e.g. a 710Kb file into a 89Kb file.

The resultant file is playable using Mplayer, a standard Windows program. This sytem results in an 8:1 compression saving space, access time and LAN traffic.
The database archiving software is designed for use with the Logitel Call centre software but can be modified for any requirements.
