Human Resources software has been installed in Edgars and Land Bank. It is available but is currently being upgraded. The software is person based.
Each person is created on the system ( with a Personnel Number and/or Name). Create Document types with security levels. As documents are scanned select a name and document type. If the document exists for that name the scanned pages are added to the existing document, if the document doesn't exist a new document will be created.
This software can also be used by
Doctors, Car Dealerships and any business where documents are
stored in relation to people.
