Document Proof of Delivery. This program is designed to specifically capture and retrieve POD documents. Indexing is by document number, customer code, customer name, date of document and date of capture. There are two versions. The standard version is stand-alone and all information is entered manually. The import version imports document information from a file provided by your accounting system and the only index information required is the document number. If the document number is bar-coded then a wedge barcode reader can be installed and the barcode read and entered automatically. An additional version allow the capture of both the supplier and delivery address for the compnay that distributes goods on behalf of other companies (e.g distribution warehouse, courier company etc.)
